Feel Better, Move More & Live Your Best Active Life

I've got lots of tools in my toolbox and will likely integrate manual therapy, exercise, taping, mobility, acupuncture, education into your treatment. I look forward to working with and guiding you each step of the way!

Let’s work together!

Through 1-1 assessment and treatment I will be by your side as you reach your rehab goals. I look at you as a whole person (not just the injury or condition) and establish the root cause of your condition in order to create a treatment program that will help you not only recover but prevent re-injury.

My treatments include a combination of hands-on therapy, acupuncture, kinesiology tape, cupping and specific exercises that compliment your stage of recovery. I also place emphasis on educating you about your condition and empowering you with self-management strategies.

My ultimate goal is to get you back to the activities you enjoy feeling strong and confident!

Physiotherapy

Pelvic Health Physiotherapy is a specialized branch of Physiotherapy that requires advanced training in order to effectively assess and treat pelvic floor conditions.
Common conditions that are appropriate for pelvic floor physiotherapy include incontinence (leakage), pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, painful intercourse, diastasis rectus (also known as abdominal separation or "mummy tummy”), cesarean scar management, labour and birth preparation, postpartum recovery, lower back pain, pubic symphasis dysfunction, and sacroiliac joint dysfunction.
During our sessions we will look at contributing factors to pelvic dysfunction such as breathing, posture & alignment, strength & core conditioning, as well as pelvic floor muscle function.

We will work together in a safe and comfortable environment to address all of your concerns and needs. I will support and guide you each step along your path to recovery.

Acupuncture & Gunn IMS

ACUPUNCTURE is a fantastic treatment option to target the nervous system - the wiring system of the body. I use both points along traditional meridians as well as anatomical landmarks targeting specific areas of your body to address your area of concern.

GUNN IMS is a dry needling technique aimed at treating unhealthy or dysfunctional nerves, which can cause pain. This assessment and treatment style is best suited for people who have chronic or longstanding pain where standard physiotherapy treatment has only offered short term results.
